Nama-rakugan, with a moister texture, are alsoavailable.たまひめ珠姫てまりTamahime Temari毎年6月に開かれる「金沢百万石まつり」期間のみに売り出される生菓子。三代加賀藩主前田利常公の正室・珠姫様をイメージしています。These wagashi are only available in June during the Kanazawa HyakumangokuFestival. The design is based on Tamahime, the wife of Maeda Toshitsune, the thirdfeudal lord of the Kaga domain.きんつばKintsuba全国的に見られる菓子ですが、金沢のきんつばは小豆の味を生かしたものが多く人気があります。うぐいす豆を使ったものもあります。Though found nationwide, this wagashi is very popular in Kanazawa for its sweet azukibean flavor. Versions made with green peas are also available.30
